John P. de Neufville, Ph.D., President & Chief Scientist
John focuses on customer relationships, strategic alliances, and corporate development. John co-founded Voltaix in 1986 and has more than 35 years of experience in the electronics industry. Prior to founding Voltaix, he was CEO of the Ovonics Battery Company in Troy, Michigan. He has a Ph.D. in Materials Science from Harvard University and a B.S. from Yale University. John is the author or co-author of more than 35 papers and has been granted eight U.S. patents.

Mark K. Fine, Chief Executive Officer
Mark has been appointed interim CEO, and leads Voltaix on a daily basis with full profit and loss responsibility. He has over 20 years experience in the semiconductor and specialty chemicals industries. He previously served as President of Epichem, Inc. (now a division of Sigma Aldrich Corporation), and was an executive with Air Products and Chemicals, where he served in a variety of positions in the Electronics and Specialty Gas Divisions. Mark attended Drexel University where he received a B.S. in Commerce and Engineering.

Mark Wilkinson, Ph.D., Executive Vice President
Mark leads Operations, Engineering, Safety, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and IT at Voltaix. Mark joined Voltaix in 2004 and has more than 18 years of experience managing operations, engineering, process development, and R&D in various capacities at public and private companies, including Cabot Corp., Molten Metal Technology, and Pelias Therapeutics, where he also served on the board of directors. He is the founder and Chairman of Impact Technology Consultants, a technology development firm that over the past nine years has helped over 60 companies achieve rapid growth through technology commercialization and implementation of structured work processes. He holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from MIT and a B. Eng. from McGill University. Mark has been granted nine U.S. patents.

Michael Pikulin, PE, Senior Vice President
Mike leads the R&D, Business Diversification, Quality Control and Quality Assurance activities at Voltaix. He joined Voltaix as Director of R&D in 1998 and has more than 20 years of experience in technical management and operations at several chemical companies, including American Cyanamid and Union Camp Corp. He holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. He is the recipient of several awards, including the American Chemical Society's Hero of Chemistry in 1997 and the Thomas Alva Edison Patent Award in 1993. He has been granted 19 U.S. patents. |

Ann Marie Hansen, Vice President, Finance & Administration
Ann Marie oversees finance, accounting, and human resources. She joined Voltaix in 2004 and has more than 25 years of experience in a variety of accounting positions at private and public companies, including Reichhold, Cambrex, and Rutherford Chemicals. At her last two employers, she played an instrumental role in restructuring group financial operations and obtaining financing for expansion of operations. Ann Marie is a Certified Public Accountant, holds a B.S. in Accounting from St. Peter’s College and has an M.B.A from Rutgers University. |

Gregory T. Muhr, Director of Global Sales and Marketing
Greg leads the global sales and marketing activities at Voltaix. Greg joined Voltaix in 2008 and has more than 20 years of technical, manufacturing and sales experience in the semiconductor and specialty chemicals industries. He previously served as Global Business Manager at Epichem, Inc. (now a division of Sigma Aldrich Corporation), and in key technical and commercial positions at Air Products and Chemicals. Greg attended Dickinson College where he received a B.S. in Chemistry. He has been granted three U.S. patents and is the author of several publications.
